Jenna James graduated with a degree in Marketing and management from C.W. Post in 2004. She worked in sales until 2010 when the spark for a new career was ignited. Her career path opened up when she sought out skin treatments for herself. Having this glimpse into the esthetic world inspired her to switch professions. Excelling at The New York Institute of Beauty one year later was only the beginning. Drawing from her own personal experience undergoing skin treatments, she is fueled with passion about her clients, providing them results-oriented treatments, and ultimately the interpersonal relationships that are formed as they are achieving their goals. She holds over twenty certifications in various treatments such as: IPL, laser hair removal, coolscuplting, sofwave, radio frequency microneedling, microneedling, hydrafacial, ultherapy, chemical peels and many others. Many of these she holds advanced certification in by completing continuing education courses across the counrty.
Before joining the Mariwalla team in 2015 she worked for several plastic surgeons on Long Island and Manhattan, having many celebrity clients. Working alongside Dr. Mariwalla and her unparalleled staff , she has made it her mission to deliver top tier techniques to her clients in an open and positive environment . In her free time, she loves to take walks to the beach with her two young daughters, her Golden Doodle and her husband.
